Turkey and Fig Sandwich
- 2 slices whole-wheat bread, toasted
- 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 slice Swiss cheese (1 oz)
- 2 oz sliced turkey breast
- 3 to 4 dried figs, sliced
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley leaves
- Drizzle toast with oil and vinegar. Top one slice of toast with cheese, turkey, figs, and parsley. Top with the second slice.
