Roasted Spiced Pumpkin Seeds

- 1 cup shelled pumpkin seeds
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Coarse salt
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. On a baking sheet, toss pumpkin seeds, lime juice, and chili powder. Season with salt. Bake, stirring once, until golden, 18 to 20 minutes.
Store in an airtight container up to two weeks.
