- 2 chopped grapefruits (peel and pith removed)
- 5 chopped carrots
- 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
Directions
- Place the chopped ingredients in a juicer or blender. Start with the grapefruits, followed by the carrots and ginger.
- Blend or juice until smooth. If using a blender, add a little water to help the ingredients combine.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove pulp if desired.
