Lemonade Raspberry

Don't sweat the rising temperatures. Just drop one of these fruit-infused ice cubes into a tall glass of water, and watch the heat melt away.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 6 ounces fresh raspberries
  • Mint sprigs

Directions

  1. Dissolve sugar in warm water. Stir in lemon juice. Divide fresh raspberries into an ice-cube tray. Place a sprig of mint in each cube. Add lemonade and freeze.
