Even healthy food can have high calories. Oh and did you notice that the recipe serves 2? Perhaps you can do without a sweetener or add Stevia.
I am doing Weight Watchers and this is actually a lot of points...mostly because of the honey. Not worth it. It doesn't taste that wonderful either. Alright, but not wonderful.
You would be able to figure it our yourself if you look at the all the ingredients numbers on their packages.

These recipes LOOK great and SEEM like they'd be healthy, but till one does the math, it's hard to be sure...
I agree with brenda! so many of these sites don't do that so I don't try them because I never know if it is REALLY healthy for you or not!
I would appreciate it if you would put the per serving information on calories, fiber, etc for those of us struggling to maintain or find our ideal weight.
