Blueberry Breakfast Shake

Breakfast shakes made with blueberries and yogurt are a healthy way to start the day. In this refreshing smoothie, yogurt provides protein as well as calcium and B vitamins. Blueberries rank third as a natural source of antioxidants after prunes and raisins.

This was great! I used frozen raspberries in place of the ice cubes and it was delicious. Oh, I also substituted vanilla almond milk. :)

Even healthy food can have high calories. Oh and did you notice that the recipe serves 2? Perhaps you can do without a sweetener or add Stevia.

I am doing Weight Watchers and this is actually a lot of points...mostly because of the honey. Not worth it. It doesn't taste that wonderful either. Alright, but not wonderful.

    I "third" this comment.

These recipes LOOK great and SEEM like they'd be healthy, but till one does the math, it's hard to be sure...

I agree with brenda! so many of these sites don't do that so I don't try them because I never know if it is REALLY healthy for you or not!

I would appreciate it if you would put the per serving information on calories, fiber, etc for those of us struggling to maintain or find our ideal weight.
