Directions
- Prepare the Strawberries: Place the hulled and chopped strawberries in a medium saucepan.
- Add the Sugar: Add the sugar to the strawberries and stir to combine. Let the mixture sit for 10-15 minutes, allowing the strawberries to release their natural juices.
- Cook the Jam: Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the strawberry mixture to a simmer. Stir frequently to prevent burning. Continue cooking for 15-20 minutes, or until the mixture thickens to your desired jam consistency.
