I found this pinned on Pinterest and am glad I did. I am 5'3" and 100 lbs. but I have a muffin top. Due to foot neuropathy, it is difficult to do high impact exercise and I don't need to lose weight so that isn't good for me. These seem wonderful and can't wait to try them. I won't have to worry about severely hurting myself. Thanks so much!

I love this new workout. It is simple and you can feel it burning calories. I'm not the in best shape, but I really want to get involved with ballet, and doing this workout is slowly getting me into the swing of it. Thanks for this workout!

Ballet excercises are great for entire body. I've been attending ballet classes for several months, though sometimes it was hard to combine them with my regular workouts in the gym. What really helped was nutritional supplement - Multipurpose High-Potency Super Nutritional Complex. Already in 2 weeks I felt overall energy increase. My endurance became much higher, so I could devote much more time to ballet. Incredible experience!

If you have been exercising for awhile, it will probably burn about 200 calories, but still will give you good results. If you do not exercise much, it would probably burn 400 calories for 30 mins.

Hello! How many calories does this burn if I do each exercise once within a 1/2 hour period? Also, should I be doing more than one set of each? Thank you.
