Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup mixed dried fruit, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp chopped nuts, such as almond, pistachio, or walnut
  • 1 Tbsp toasted seeds, such as pumpkin, sesame, or sunflower

Directions

  1. Soak oats and dried fruit in 2/3 cup water in the refrigerator overnight.

  2. Drain water. To serve, add almond milk and top with nuts and seeds.
