Ingredients

  • Makes one 8-ounce smoothie
  • 1/2 cup carrot juice

  • 1/4 cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1/4 cup ice cubes

Directions

  • Combine ingredients in a blender. Blend on medium speed until smooth, about 30 seconds. Pour into a tall glass (or travel mug) and enjoy immediately.
