Suprisingly good breakfast! With no calorie details listed i calculated the average with the listed ingredients at 220 calories.
This is very good. I used grapes, mango, plums, and grapefruit. Next time I think I may just use plums and grapes, as I'm not crazy about the way the tahini sauce tastes with the grapefruit...
Out of all the recipes for week 1. I love this one the most!
I was very surprised by this and I enjoyed it tremendously! I didn't use the cocunut flakes and am trying to think of something that I can use in its place.

I was bery apprenhensive about this recipe, and was I wrong! The combinations are fantastic and is great for a "hold to" breakfast.
I love this recipe! I was nervous about how the tehini would taste of fruit (and I'm not a huge fan of applesauce!) but I gave it a shot anyway. I ended up loving it. Soooo delicious. This topping is a perfect (and even more delicious!) substitute for yogurt. I will be eating this stuff regularly, thank you!
i did not know what Tahini was so i googled and found a great receipe
i had to look up tahini and found a good receipe
I didn't have any honey so I substituted maple syrup. I was apprehensive since I'd never used tahini in any food other than hummus and really wondered how it would be on fruit. It was a pleasant surprise - tasted good - will also use to add to cooked grains to give some added flavor. Thanks for a new experience.
