Ingredients

  • 2 cups nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup fresh fruit (berries, kiwi, oranges)

  • 1/2 cup chopped, toasted walnuts

  • 1 tablespoon honey

Directions

  • Prepare the Parfait Layers:
  • In serving glasses or bowls, layer 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt in the bottom of each.
