  • 1 large grapefruit (peeled and segmented)

  • 3 medium carrots (peeled and chopped)

  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger (peeled)

  • 1/2 lemon (juiced)

  • 1 cup cold water (optional, for consistency)

  • Ice cubes (optional)

Directions

  • Prepare the ingredients: Peel and segment the grapefruit, peel and chop the carrots, and peel the ginger.
