Apple, Carrot, and Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh carrot juice
  • 1 green apple, peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Directions

  1. Freeze carrot juice in an ice cube tray.

  2. Combine with remaining ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
