Ingredients
1/4 cup Fresh Tomato Sauce
1 whole-wheat pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup Simple Three-Cheese Blend (mozzarella, parmesan, ricotta)
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup orange bell pepper slices
4 ounces turkey sausage, crumbled and cooked
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup fresh arugula
Directions
Prepare the dough: Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). If using store-bought whole-wheat pizza dough, roll it out on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a baking sheet or pizza stone.
