Halve and pit avocado. With a spoon, scoop out avocado flesh, cut into chunks, and transfer to a medium bowl. Add orange juice, Tabasco sauce, and coriander; season with salt and pepper. Mix gently to combine.
Add tomatoes, cucumber, and radish. Combine, and divide mixture between 2 pitas. Serve immediately.
Love love love this not-boring veggie meal. I made it exactly as instructed execpt i didn't include the radishes (bc i'm not a big fan).
I used lemon juice instead of orange, chipotle tabasco instead of green and added in a few handfulls of bean sprouts. I triied it raw like the recipe stated but i also tried frying the bean sprouts and tomatoes and found i liked it better that way. either way though this is going to be a summer staple in my house.

Somebody needs to work on this website. It isn't the most user friendly website. You would think as much as it is promoted, we could have some updates! Maybe I will just save this and hope it shows up later on!
It's still missing today. :(
Yes, me too! (see below) looks yummy
It would be helpful if the recipe actually showed up on the page....
I tried this recipe with a regular flour tortilla, I used lemon juice instead of orange juice, and I didn't use radishes. This is a great recipe!! I am starting a new vegan diet because of health issues and boy this really helps. Light and healthy. Keep them coming.
This is a great recipe. I tried it with all the ingredients except I used lemon juice, and I didn't have any radishes, so I did not use them. Otherwise it is very enjoyable. I am trying to start a vegan diet because of some heath issues and boy this really helps. Keep them coming.
DELISH! we really enjoyed it. i ended up using whole wheat tortilla wraps...which were probably much messier. Loved the spice from the tabasco and overall it had a great flavor. It's a great summer supper when you are looking for a lighter meal when it's hot.
I really liked this sandwhich. I used flourless Ezequiel spouted grain torilla to make a wrap and it was still yummy. It is probably better with pita though.
omit radish and tobasco
