In a medium saucepan, bring two cups of water to a boil. Add tea bags. Remove from heat and steep tea for 2 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags.
Add salt, turmeric, and couscous to pan. Stir and cover. Simmer over very low heat for 5 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat and let stand for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add lemon juice, garlic, and oil; fluff with a fork. Let it cool a bit.
Stir in grapes and cucumber. Garnish with pine nuts and basil.
It's the picture for the Cinnamon-spiced Moroccan chicken dish on the previous page. Don't know why they did that, but...
The greens I'm assuming is the basil and the couscous and the cucumber are mixed with it. I don't know what the meat is but the yellow stuff looks like squash that would not be th e tumeric (I shutter if it is) FYI tumeric fresh looks like ginger root and you would grate it like ginger. It is very healthy fresh or powdered.
Yes, you're right, it does look like meat! And what is the yellow stuff? Is it turmeric? I've never seen it other than in powder forrm. I know turmeric is good for arthrtis and in Colombia they sell it to help loose weight.
I'm not sure about that picture....looks like meat. I don't see any couscous...?
