In a small bowl, whisk together oil, lime juice, garlic, and cayenne. Season with salt.
Scoop out meat from avocado halves and chop. Transfer to a bowl and add bell pepper, tomatoes, scallion, and cilantro.
Drizzle with dressing and season with salt. Gently stir to combine. Spoon mixture into avocado shells. Garnish with cilantro leaves.
This recipe basically inspired the making of some guacamole. Avocado, garlic, lemon/lime, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper to taste. Also feel free to add the tomatoes. I used carrot sticks and bell peppers to dip! Yummy and easy easy!

This recipe was pretty good. I am not a fan of tomatoes but even found them to be tolerable. It was also pretty filling and I loved the avocado!
By far my #1 favorite recipe for this fast! Very filling, I typically couldn't eat the last few bites, so my husband stepped in :)
this recipe is about 345 calories, give or take.
I adore this recipe. I was a little unsure at first, but it turned out wonderful. Instead of stuffing everything into the avocado shell, I spoon the avocado out and dice it up, then toss everything together into a salad bowl. Just as delicious! It is VERY filling because of the nutrient density of the avocado - held me over until dinner. I go easy on the extra oil because avocados are already loaded with healthy fats! Will definitely be enjoying this one more often.
Does anyone know how many calories this meal contains? Thanks...
Love this recipe!!
This was the best so far. I used the whole yellow pepper. I also added a mandarin orange. It was so yummy!
This was by far the favorite meal - great taste, nice portion and left feeling filled and satisfied. The key is to have quality produce - don't skimp on icky tomatoes or iffy avocados. If cilantro isn't your thing (some think it tastes like soap) substitute with parsley. You won't be disappointed.
Favorite recipe so far, I ate it for dinner the other night after screwing up the beet soup and it was filling enough and fantastic. I had it again for lunch the next day!

This is probably my favorite lunch recipe of the cleanse so far! It's the perfect light lunch and I adore all of the flavors and textures that harmonize just right. Plus, there's no cooking involved and it's super quick & easy to make. A+!
I LOVE IT! It doesnt get any better than this. I love all of the fresh flavors. Re-do for sure on this recipe.
I could eat this EVERYDAY! So good. Lemon juice works just as good as the lime juice would.
Excellent
This is a delicious and light lunch. I am going to use about half the lime next time, though.
My boyfriend and I started this cleansing plan today and I made this salad for our lunch. It was sooooo good I wanted more! We will definately make this again....even when not cleansing! :o)
Yummy!
