Ingredients

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric
  • 1/8 tsp ground ginger
  • Cayenne
  • Honey

Directions

  1. In a mug, stir together water, lemon juice, turmeric, ginger, and cayenne and honey to taste until combined.
