This dish is sooooo good! I can't get enough of it while peaches are in season. The flavor combination is phenomenal. Hear more about this dish including pictures here http://gustatorydelight.wordpress.com/2011/05/22/summer-sides/

Simple, easy, beautiful and delicious! We substituted fresh mint for the basil as we have an abundance of mint in our yard. Can't wait to have it again.
