Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups pitted dates

  • 1/4 cup raw macadamia nuts

  • 2 tablespoons old-fashioned rolled oats

  • Pinch sea salt

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced

Directions

  • In a food processor, combine the pitted dates, macadamia nuts, rolled oats, and sea salt. Blend until the mixture is sticky and well combined.
  • Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Press the date and oat mixture firmly into the bottom of the pan to form an even crust.
  • Layer the thinly sliced strawberries on top of the crust, pressing them gently into the surface.
  • Place the pan in the refrigerator and chill for 1-2 hours to allow the bars to firm up.
  • Once chilled, remove the bars from the pan using the parchment paper, slice into squares, and serve.
