Wondering if you can use a vitamix? I don't own a juicer
It was ok. Mostly all I tasted was beet.

Very refreshing, I have also added a couple knobs of ginger, one knob if you don't like strong ginger taste.
So far this is the one breakfast I detested the most. Like the other reviewer said, the carrot was the most potent flavor. I found it to be very sweet and the flavors did not mesh well for me. Give it a try though, it is very interesting to say the least.
Very impressed with how much I liked this. Surprisingly, the carrot taste was the most potent (or I had extremely large carrots). I threw a couple ice cubes in, which made it cool and refreshing.
I rather enjoyed this juice. I love beets, apples, and carrots, so I figured it was a go. My mint plant died this week, so I didn't get a chance to use it. I will agree with the previous poster that said this was a VERY cleansing juice. The next morning I felt very clean after my morning bm. Don't be alarmed when it's red either, it's the beets!
i was weary of trying this, but i love beets, mint and apples, so, why not!!! i actually loved this!!
What a messy process - not as tasty as the fruitier juices - we'll try again but maybe add a bit more apple or mint. Beets can really stain EVERYTHING so be very careful of placement and flying drips.
My first thought was Yuck but this turned out to be my favorite so far. I couldn't taste the beet and the mint was really refreshing.
I'm honestly surprised you would include this juice in the first few days of a detox. I have experience and training with juicing for health and healing and have not known too many who could handle more than a small portion of raw beet in their juice when starting out. Beet has significant cleansing properties but I would recommend those consuming this juice to start with a quarter or half beet initially.
Never had beets before, this drink was good though it tasted a little dirty.
