Ingredients

  • 1/2 head broccoli (or 6 leaves kale), chopped
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 4 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley sprigs

Directions

  1. Press all ingredients through a juice extractor. Stir and serve immediately.

    Good Day 3 Drink but... I've always added an apple to the green drinks to make them more palatible and another thing to keep in mind is the lovely long stems are better than the flowers as the stems are less bitter. Use the tops in the Steamed Broccoli Tahini or other recipes but save the stems for this drink.
