  • 1 whole-wheat bagel half, toasted
  • 1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup blackberries (about 8)
  • Dash cinnamon

Directions

  1. Spread cottage cheese on toasted bagel half. Top with blackberries and sprinkle with cinnamon.
