Ingredients

  • 1/2 chopped lemon
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 chopped cucumber
  • 2 cored and chopped sweet apples

Directions

  1. Press lemon, spinach, cucumber, and apples through a juice extractor. Stir and serve immediately.

    Forgive me for being stupid for a moment, but I, too, will not be using a juicer for the short time period, so do I have to adjust the recipe to make a smoothie? It seems like it would make a larger amount in smoothie form with the ingredients listed versus juicing it. Thanks!!!

    I will use the smoothie recipes every day, a juicer is too expensive for a 3 week program.

    The half lemon and apple did so much to balance out the spinach! Very refreshing!

    Very very good! I added a bit of grapefruit because I had it out and it worked really well with these flavors. I will definitely make this again.

    This juice is super refreshing- not too sweet and you can still taste the cucumber, probably my favorite juice I've had in the last year I've been juicing. I may add an extra half of lemon next time too.

    This is surprisingly good! I had kiwi, so added that for a little sweetness. Think I'll add more lemon next time. I like a little zing.
