Week 1

Week 2

Eat Right

It's time for a full nutrition makeover — concentrating on foods that feed your body and soul. Our recipes, snacks, and dining-out strategies will help you eat better for life.

 

Week 3

Stay Fit

Trainer Mary Tedesco creates a personalized strength-training program — that tones from head to toe. Plus, we provide plenty of fun cardio options. You're on your way to becoming the fit, energized person you know you can be.

 

Week 4

Stress Less

Like a good diet and fitness regimen, staying centered can protect your overall health. Our daily relaxation exercises and coping strategies will help you deal with anything that lies ahead.

 

Week 5

Get Energized

We finish off the challenge with a burst of energy. Tackling common energy zappers (lack of sleep, emotional drains), our last week will help you push your energy levels higher than ever.
