Each week, we'll give you the tools you need to lead a healthier life.

Week 1

The first seven days will focus on ridding your body of less-than-wholesome elements. Instead of fad detox tricks (maple syrup and cayenne pepper?), our well rounded approach will give your body and mind a clean slate for the year ahead.

It's time for a full nutrition makeover -- concentrating on foods that feed your body and soul. Our recipes, snacks, and dining-out strategies will help you eat better for life.

Week 3

Stay Fit

Trainer Mary Tedesco creates a personalized strength-training program -- that tones from head to toe. Plus, we provide plenty of fun cardio options. You're on your way to becoming the fit, energized person you know you can be.

Week 4

Stress Less

Like a good diet and fitness regimen, staying centered can protect your overall health. Our daily relaxation exercises and coping strategies will help you deal with anything that lies ahead.

Week 5

Get Energized

We finish off the challenge with a burst of energy. Tackling common energy zappers (lack of sleep, emotional drains), our last week will help you push your energy levels higher than ever.
