Ingredients
1 large grapefruit, juiced
1 tablespoon honey (or more to taste)
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1 cup hot water
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Grapefruit slices for garnish (optional)
Directions
Squeeze the juice from the grapefruit and set it aside.
In a small pot, bring water to a gentle simmer. Add the grated ginger and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Remove the pot from heat, strain the ginger, and pour the ginger-infused water into a cup.
