  • 1 cara cara orange, peel and pith removed, sliced

  • 2 clementines, peel and pith removed, sliced

  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds (from 1 pomegranate)

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut, toasted

  • Honey, for drizzling
