Ingredients

  • 1 sweet potato, peeled and very thinly sliced

  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • Coarse salt, to taste

Directions

  • Preheat the Oven:
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
  • Prepare the Sweet Potatoes:
  • In a large bowl, toss the thinly sliced sweet potatoes with the olive oil, cumin, paprika, and a pinch of coarse salt until evenly coated.
  • Arrange and Bake:
  • Lay the sweet potato slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they don’t overlap. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chips are crisp and golden brown around the edges.
