Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup almond butter

  • 2 cardamom pods (or 1 teaspoon ground cardamom)

  • 1 1/2 cups pure water

  • 1 cup frozen peaches

  • 1 to 2 teaspoons agave syrup (adjust to taste)

  • 1/2 cup ice

Directions

  • If using cardamom pods, crush the pods slightly and remove the seeds, discarding the shells. If using ground cardamom, simply add it directly to the blender.
  • In a blender, combine the almond butter, cardamom, pure water, frozen peaches, agave syrup, and ice.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more agave syrup if needed.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately for a refreshing, energy-boosting smoothie.
