Ingredients
5 cups water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup farro
1 cup skim milk
8 slices banana
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries
1/4 cup honey
Directions
- Bring water and salt to a boil. Whisk in grains. Return to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, stirring often, for 35 to 40 minutes. Top with skim milk, banana, walnuts, cranberries, and honey. Serve immediately.
