Ingredients

  • 5 cups water

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup farro

  • 1 cup skim milk

  • 8 slices banana

  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

  • 1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries

  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions

  • Bring water and salt to a boil. Whisk in grains. Return to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Simmer, stirring often, for 35 to 40 minutes. Top with skim milk, banana, walnuts, cranberries, and honey. Serve immediately.
