Ingredients

  • 8 ounces mushrooms (such as shiitake or portobello), thinly sliced

  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari

  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions
