- Coarse salt
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the thawed edamame with olive oil and a pinch of coarse salt.
- Spread the edamame evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly golden and crispy.
