Date Shake Popsicles are sweet, creamy frozen treats made with blended dates, milk, and a touch of vanilla, offering a naturally sweet and indulgent flavor in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups low-fat plain Greek yogurt

  • 12 pitted dates, chopped

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 3/4 cup low-fat milk

Directions

  • Blend the Ingredients:
  • In a blender, combine the Greek yogurt, chopped dates, cinnamon, and milk. Blend until smooth and creamy, making sure the dates are fully incorporated into the mixture.
  • Pour into Molds:
  • Pour the blended mixture evenly into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top to allow for expansion when freezing.
  • Freeze the Popsicles:
  • Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and place them in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until the popsicles are fully set.
  • Serve:
  • Once frozen, remove the popsicles from the molds by running the outside of the mold under warm water for a few seconds to loosen them. Enjoy your refreshing Date Shake Popsicles!
