Turkey and Swiss with Grapes Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 6-inch whole-wheat baguette, sliced and toasted
  • 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 slice Swiss cheese
  • 2 to 3 escarole leaves
  • 3 oz sliced turkey
  • 1/4 cup grapes, halved
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Drizzle toasted baguette with oil. Top one slice of the baguette with cheese, escarole, turkey, and grapes. Season with pepper. Top with the second slice.
