  • Dash of powdered Matcha green tea (optional, for more intense color)

Directions

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine the Sencha green tea, crushed fennel seeds, and dried spearmint.
  • If desired, add a dash of Matcha green tea to the mix for a brighter color and richer flavor.
  • Stir the ingredients together until well blended.
  • Store the mixture in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 1 month.
  • To brew, add 1 tablespoon of the Fennel-Mint Green Mix to a cup of hot water (about 175°F or 80°C). Let it steep for 2-3 minutes, then strain and enjoy.
